Visa Requirements and Invitation Letter

For detailed requirements, please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.

You will have to submit your visa application to the consulate in your country of residence. We recommend that you fill in your application as soon as possible – the processing and handling time may vary due to individual circumstances or other specific requirements.

To get an invitation letter for visa arrangements, please download the form of Official Invitation Letter, fill it in with personal data and send to Congress Secretariat at ursi2026@symposium.pl
When we receive payment with your registration we will send you a signed invitation letter.

To receive an invitation letter, participants are required to complete their registration for the congress in advance.
Once your registration has been successfully submitted in our system, you will be able to request an invitation letter. The document will be issued and sent after your registration has been verified.
