WB GROUP is Poland's leading private defence technology company and one of Europe's most innovative providers of integrated defence solutions. For almost 30 years, the Group has been developing technologies that enable network-centric operations, with communications at the core of its business from the very beginning. Its first flagship solution, the FONET digital onboard communications platform, laid the foundation for an ecosystem that today integrates secure communications, battlefield management systems, unmanned systems, fire control solutions and electronic warfare technologies, delivering proven capabilities to armed forces worldwide.
Today, communications and radio technologies remain one of WB GROUP's principal areas of expertise, with these capabilities centred at RADMOR, the Group's communications technology company. RADMOR conducts advanced research and development in software-defined radio, secure tactical communications, military data links, broadband wireless networks, resilient networking and spectrum-efficient communications. Its latest software-defined radios, PERAD and COMP@N, have been certified by Poland's Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW) for processing NATO classified information, confirming compliance with NATO's stringent security requirements. Together, these technologies provide the communications backbone for modern C4ISR architectures, enabling secure, interoperable and resilient information exchange across complex operational environments.
As one of Poland's leading defence R&D organisations, WB GROUP combines advanced engineering with large-scale manufacturing and actively supports European initiatives aimed at strengthening industrial cooperation, technological innovation and military readiness. Through continuous investment in research and development, the Group contributes to the advancement of next-generation communications and defence technologies for NATO and allied partners.
